Knowledge Panel

Also: Google Knowledge Panel

A Google Knowledge Panel is the box of facts about an entity (a brand, person, or place) that appears in search results, generated automatically from the Knowledge Graph. It is the clearest sign Google recognizes you as an entity, and it cannot be requested, only earned and then claimed.

Updated

A panel appears when an entity has enough notability and consistent, verifiable facts across the sources Google trusts. You cannot fill out a form to create one; it is algorithmic. Once it exists, a verified representative can claim it and suggest changes, which are reviewed against public sources.

A wrong panel usually means Google merged you with a confused or better-known entity. The fix is upstream: clarify your entity home, align your profiles, and let Google recrawl and reconcile.
